[Mimedefang] ClamAV 0.72 is out

Ok, I built 0.72. Here's the skinny:

When I comment the "Example" line in /usr/local/etc/clamav.conf,
"clamscan -r ." in a directory with 8 mbox files hangs. The last 10
lines of strace output are:

	...which is where it stays until I ctrl-C out.

	When I UNcomment the "Example" line, in the same directory
this is what I get:
