[Mimedefang] clamdscan vs clamd under mimedefang

clamdscan requires clamd to be running (obviously), so, why bother
with clamdscan? Use clamd! You always have to update the virus database
and notify clamd through freshclam. The setup is not that complex! And you
can always set mail and clam users to be the same.
