[Mimedefang] Looking for more ramdisk benefits

You won't see much benefit from that, and if you're using the embedded
Perl interpreter, you won't see any benefit at all.

You can split the Sendmail queue so that the "df" and "qf" files (which
*must* survive a crash) are on permanent storage, but the temporary
"xf" transaction files are on a ramdisk.  Someone else mentioned
this; I don't have the reference offhand.
