[Mimedefang] razor 2.61 breaks mimedefang

I use Razor 2.61 along with MD v2.44, SA v2.64 and Sendmail v8.13.1.
All this runs without problem under Debian Stable/Woody.  No issues
with Razor at all.  However--I compile all of the above myself and do
not use Debian's packages for these things.
