If you're using a new-enough version of Exchange to have Active Directory,
you can do an LDAP lookup.  If not, one of our CanIt clients wrote a plugin
for Exchange 5.5 that will verify recipients at RCPT TO: time, and you
can use md_check_against_smtp_server.  The company that wrote the
