short of writing some perl scripts to do this, you could try a spam 
package... one for pure stress testing i can think of (if you can still 
find it) is a dictonary based spam package called GeoListPro.  

this used to be a very nasty package when used against small mail servers.  
it would cripple them (i kown this from it happening repeatedly to me 
several years ago).
