Uhhh.... no.

That would defeat the main beauty of MIMEDefang:  Easy programmability.

If you're looking for a pure C milter, try j-chkmail:

	http://j-chkmail.ensmp.fr/

But if you want to use SpamAssassin, you're basically stuck with Perl
anyway.
