[Mimedefang] Decoding Unicode Subject

Hi Everyone,

I actually posted this before but it might have got lost with the Server
downtime recently. I've started implementing filtering on the Subject of
an incoming email. It's very simple - I just provide a few regez's for
unwanted Subjected and bounce connections containing them. However, I
sometimes get the subject sent in some Unicode format and this passes my
regex's.

Can anyone provide advice on how to decode a unicode string into a
"normal" string ?
