Not a task for MIMEDefang, but rather a script that can first safely
lock the mailbox, parse each message therein, and remove messages tagged
as viruses, ideally to a holding area for review before deletion.  Then
write out the resulting mailbox and unlock it.

There may be existing scripts to do this listed on freshmeat.net or
similar; have not looked.
