[Mimedefang] Mimedefang and changing header

Hi!

I am using MimeDefang 2.33 and have two problems.

First is that if a signature with Outlook Express is set and has a image
as well, then this image is recieved as an attachement.

I believe corresponding line in maillog would be:

May 26 13:07:44 localhost sendmail[8658]: h4QA7h6O008658: Milter change:
header  Content-Type: from
multipart/related;\n\ttype="multipart/alternative";\n\tboundary="----=_NextP
art_000_0198_01C32387.6E4971D0" to multipart/mixed;
boundary="----=_NextPart_000_0198_01C32387.6E4971D0"

How can i correct this? 

And i can find also followinf messages in my maillog:

Is thewre anything to be worried about ?

i18n config file looks like this:

Any kind of advice is welcomed....
