The Sophos Anti Virus Interface is included as part of the Sophos
products.  You want "Sophos Anti-Virus for Unix":

MIMEDefang is fully capable of using the command line tool, "sweep",
however, I recommend using Sophie, a daemon to save the load times when
scanning a lot of files:

I'm very happy with Sophos Anti Virus and the support services.  Sophos
targets the business/professional marker rather than trying to mix in
the home user market.
