[Mimedefang] uvscan virus scan failing

Call McAfee up and bitch!  Check the permissions on your .dat file; I
bet they're completely whacked.  Chmod your dat file to 644 and all will
work.

I had a couple of CanIt customers panic.  One of them had a .dat file
whose permissions looked something like:

-rwS--x--t
