I discovered that RH's latest SRPM doesn't enable the MILTER option, even 
though it builds libmilter for clients. I had to patch the spec to append 
the needed options to redhat.config.m4. I've posted a bugzilla on this.

I now have MD getting called, as evidenced by my maillog. Next step is to 
apply the recipe to reject spam with score above 10.
