I've been meaning to send this one in as a request for a while, but
it kept slipping my mind.  Our HR people don't want us to log the
subject of emails, for privacy purposes.  Since md_log() does so, we
have to patch mimedefang.pl.in whenever we upgrade.  Perhaps this 
could also be made an option?
