In both entity_contains_virus_filescan() and
message_contains_virus_filescan(), the following code exists:

    unless ($Features{"Virus:FileScan"}) {
	md_syslog('err', '$MsgID: Attempt to use File::Scan, but File::Scan is not
installed.');
	return (wantarray ? (999, 'swerr', 'tempfail') : 1);
    }

Similar code for other virus scanners returns 'not-installed' instead of
'swerr'. Is there a reason for this discrepancy or is this a simple
mistake?
