[Mimedefang] MD and MD pids

Check /var/run though I think the initscript example included simply copies
the files.  It really should exist in both.

I'm assuming you copied the mimedefang-sysconfig file to
/etc/sysconfig/mimedefang and that you copied the example redhat init script
to /etc/rc.d/init.d, correct?

If you are in doubt, I just did a test install on RH7.3 using a draft
installation procedure that you might want to try and see if it fixes the
issue.
