No problems here so far (approx. 10k mails/day, MD 2.29).
configure, make, make install, restart of MD and all was done.
Installed it 4 days ago. Spam detection was good before, so
I do not see a noteable increase in tagged spam, but the average 
score/spam
seems to have rised (more rules triggered, I guess).
