[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.31-BETA-1 is available

MIMEDefang 2.31-BETA-1 is at http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/#download

The two big changes are support for IPv6 addresses, and making sure $MsgID
is valid in all callbacks, including filter_relay, filter_sender and
filter_recipient.  $MsgID therefore serves as a unique key to track
messages through the various filtering routines.

One request: If you run an old system that doesn't support IPv6, and
that lacks the inet_ntop function (e.g. HP-UX 10, I believe), could
you please verify that this version compiles OK?
