[Mimedefang] Graphdefang Release 0.7

Hi, folks,

This is a release announcement for Graphdefang v0.7.

Changes to note:

*  New web interface (via perl cgi) for drawing graphs, called
graphdefang.cgi.  It can be found in the ./web directory in the
distribution.

* All parsing events are broken out into runtime-parsed code snippets in
the ./event directory.  This allows you, the user, to define your own
arbitrary syslog parsing rules without having to modify any graphdefang
code.

*  Numerous other minor changes, including some code from a few of you!
(see ChangeLog for details).
