No.  If you do use MaxDaemonChildren (which could be abused), it should
be a small multiple of the max slaves, like 4 or 5 times.  The reason
is that most Sendmail daemons sit around waiting for network events;
the mimedefang slaves are only busy when there's actually data to scan.
