Ah, yes. That's right, that also happened to me when I first installed
bdc, right. *g*

I see. Are you sure bdc was able to load all it's files (virus
definitions, ...)? I can remember also having seen this behavior
before. My bdc files belong to defang, group root, the permissions are
set to 644 except the ini file, which has 600.
