You question intrigued me so I took a quick pass through the various
RFCs that apply to email. The latest one I could find 2822 had nothing
in it about i18n headers (See http://www.imc.org/rfcs.html) which is
about what you are asking. Thus my take on the answer to your question
would be to say that mimedefang will have this capability when the RFCs
allow it and not before.
