[Mimedefang] base64 error (by sender)

I see many of these:

I managed to snag one of the messages.  It has two base64 parts,
both of which have a multiple of 4 characters.

But hmm... the message is from a list, and the list has inserted
a plain ascii footer after the base64 stuff, in the same part.
If a part is "Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64", the part should
be 100% base64, right?

To leave it alone, or not to leave it alone, that is the question.
The message gets delivered.
