Right, because MIMEDefang does not know (in fact, cannot know) which
user corresponds to an incoming e-mail address.  It ignores per-user
preferences; that's just how it is.

If you need per-user preferences, you either have to stream_by_recipient
and pull in the preferences yourself, or just use MD/SA to tag spam and
allow each user to set up procmail rules to dispose of it.

Or wait for CanIt-ISP (non-free, $...) :-)
