[Mimedefang] After loading MIMEDefang, sendmail refuses to start

INPUT_MAIL_FILTER doesn't go in sendmail.cf.  It goes in the "mc" file
from which you generate the sendmail.cf file.  Read the sendmail/cf/README
file and/or the O'Reilly Bat Book.
