[Mimedefang] Close to getting Tru64 to work!

I am close to getting MIMEDefang to work on my Tru64 machine.  I got it to
compile, and the errors I got when it would try and start a slave process
turned out to be caused by the MX_MAX_RSS and/or the MX_MAX_MS settings in
the startup script (when I took them out, it started MD, the multiplexor,
and the required number of slave perl processes).  Now, when I enable the
filter in my sendmail.cf, I get this when it tried to process a message:
