[Mimedefang] Perl stderr: unix passed to setlogsock

Just did a fresh install of mimedfang on a solaris 8
machine. WOW what a great addon to sendmail.

have a few questions, nothing to crazy i hope..

1. the following messages shows up in /var/log/syslog

mimedefang[14245]: [ID 946266 mail.info] Perl stderr:
unix passed to setlogsock, but path not available at
/usr/local/bin/mimedefang.pl line 2895

 Any ideas on this? 

2.  Is there a way to NOT have MILTER log this ?

sendmail[15643]: [ID 801593 mail.info] g93Fq47i015643:
Milter add: header: X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.21
