Additionally, if you want SpamAssassin to use Razor but not DNSBLs, or if 
you want it to query only some DNSBLs (for instance if you want Sendmail to 
flat-out block IPs in some lists, but use others only to increase SA 
scores), you can set $SALocalTestsOnly=0, then set the scores for those 
checks you want to skip to 0 in your SA config file.  If the score assigned 
to a rule is 0, SA skips it.  The simplest way is to open up the 
50_scores.cf file, copy those lines over to your config file, and set the 
scores to 0 there.  (It's best not to alter the files in 
/usr/share/spamassassin, since they're overwritten with each new release.)
