[Mimedefang] md_log_enable

Using MD 2.22, if I put the line 

    md_log_enable('mail');

in my filter like the example has, perl complains it
doesn't know what the function is if I syntax check
it.  Should I worry about that, or does the filter get
included by some other bit of perl which defines
the function?

It makes sense that it would work that way, but 
I'd really like to be able to check the syntax of any
changes to my filter _before_ activating it.
