[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang calling Spam Assassin, not using user _prefs?

Right.  MIMEDefang runs as a milter, so there is no "user" context.  If
you need user_pref files, don't run SpamAssassin from MIMEDefang.  Run
it from procmail instead.
