[Mimedefang] Timeouts

I was using a Sparc 5 for a while, however it had more memory.  Using the multiplexor, I had to bring the max number of processes down to 5.  It worked pretty well except during very high volume periods and then it would simply issue a temp failure.  However, I don't recall if I had processes dieing or timing out.
