[Mimedefang] example virus filters, and Sendmail 8.12.2 patch

I just implimented MD tonight, and was trying to track down a virus 
filter example.  Numerous places reference high-risk-filter, but the 
changelog seems to indicate that this has gone away:

* Remove examples/high-risk-filter and examples/low-risk-filter

Can someone please point me in the right direction?  I'm guessing there 
was a good reason that the files are no longer there, but can't figure 
out what it is :)

Also, the patch from the main page for Sendmail 8.12.2 will break 
milter.  It will report the version problem (2 vs 13) stated in another 
post in the past couple of days.  To get milter to work, I had to 
compile without this.  Does it fix the same problem as CA's patch for 
8.12.2 (which I have installed as well)?
