[Mimedefang] Sendmail crash

Just delete the old mdefang directories (anything older than a few
hours is probably useless.)

Are you using the multiplexor?  It makes a huge (order-of-magnitude or more)
difference.  SpamAssassin is really slow, however, even at the best of times.
