[Mimedefang] MimeDefang on Solaris

Ah.  gcc on Solaris, eh?  I'd bet a lot of money that the stdarg.h header
file is not compatible with gcc.  I forget the details, but you need to
run some kind of "fix-headers" script to get gcc to work properly on Solaris.

Of course, I could be wrong... anyone else on Solaris seen this?
