[Mimedefang] include system load in timeout message

instead of mimedefang stating 'filter times out. check your rules or system 
load' could it say 'check your rules (load is 2.01)' where 2.01 is the system 
load. that'd be a lot more helpful in tracking things down as I usually don't 
see the messages when they occur. I gwet them up to 5 minutes later, and by 
then, the load is ok...
