[Mimedefang] getting SPAM in the subject line

Haven't done this myself, but I'd imagine something like:

	action_change_header("Subject", "SPAM!! $Subject");

in filter_begin or filter_end should work - prepending "SPAM!! " to the
existing Subject Header.
