    Oh no, I'm not about to pitch 100% of all HTML mail.  Some of it we do want, which is where the matching comes into play.  Anything from a specific set of addresses will be allowed through.  Anything else goes.

    I can't do that.  Based on the amount of HTML spam we get, this would have almost zero effect.
