That's fairly high, but not too bad.  Perhaps action_rebuild() is the
problem; you can take it out and live with the possibility of weird
malformed MIME messages confusing your e-mail clients, or you can increase
the timeouts.  You need to increase both the multiplexor timeouts
(-b and -c options) and the Sendmail Milter timeouts (the T= equate).
