[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.6-Beta-3

Hi,

comes hot on the heels of Beta 2.  It works around a bug in MIME::Tools
which could cause messages of type message/rfc822 to be badly rebuilt and to
be tempfailed.

DO NOT use 2.6 Beta 2.  Use 2.6 Beta 3 instead.
