If you use the multiplexor, which I assume you do, you type this:

On Red Hat systems:  /etc/init.d/mimedefang reread

On generic UNIX systems, if you use the sample init script:

/path/to/generic/init-script reread

If you use your own start/stop scripts, just send the multiplexor
a SIGINT.
