	* mimedefang.pl.in (signal_complete): Improved quarantine notification
	message.

	* Lowered some syslog output to "debug" level.

	* Fixed warnings about uninitialized variables.

	* "make install" target uses tighter permissions for
	/etc/mail/mimedefang-ip-key.  (This experimental feature is for
	future release.)
