[Mimedefang] Setup Question.

I am running RH 7.3, Sendmail 8.12.5 and SpamAssasin 2.31.  Currently
this is nothing but a mail gateway, no local users.

I would like to setup the server so that a user can hit a web address
and add E-Mail address to a whitelist or blacklist database, and have
the server drop or pass based on the database.

Can I get some suggestions on how or if this is possible.
