Or you can use a database (either Berkeley DB or a real SQL database.)

MIMEDefang doesn't do it.  CanIt does (http://www.canit.ca/), but CanIt
is not free. :-)

Sure.  Text files are OK if they don't change often; a database is best
if the data does change often.
