[Mimedefang] skip MD for one user?

OK, so if this person is hiding behind an alias, this won't exclude him from 
getting defanged. ok. I'm going to assume that this also applies for email 
lists that I'm hosting as those are run through aliases.

however, are you sure this couldn't cause some kind of looping?
here's my situation. the local user 'joe' is also a member of a list 'elist' 
that I run. an email comes in for the list, the list name is an alias, so the 
mail gets defanged. then mailman takes the incoming message and sends it out 
to 'joe' (and everyone else). this causes the stream_by_domain feature to 
muck with the message to 'joe'. there's no chance of a loop? just asking 
cause the mail has been weird since I put this in place (though it may be a 
user on the list with a broken setup)...
