[Mimedefang] Adding text to beginning of emails.

I'm already doing that with the action_change_header but I still need to add text to the beginning of the email.

I have mine set to change the subject line.  I add "***SPAM***" to the
front of the subject.  Would that work for you?  I don't know how to add
anything to the actual message.  Just learning MIMEDefang myself.
