[Mimedefang] RAV: To Libmilter or not to libmilter.... that is the question

I currently have rav anti-virus running as milter with latest sendmail. works
great. Am wanting to setup mimedefang.

I notice mimedefang has options to run rav directly. Am I better off keeping
rav in milter (thereby running 2 milters) or running the rav command line
version through mimedefang?
