[Mimedefang] whitelisting

i am running mimedefang in conjunction with spam assassin. I am wanting to be
able to whitelist based on the receiver. I have it going using whitelist_from.

i am not sure what file to edit, I have a local.cf and sa-mimedefang.cf.

I have the following in sa-mimedefang.cf (and also added whitelist_to in
local.cf).

# whitelist_from                monty at roscom.com
whitelist_from          itnews at lists.penton.com.au
whitelist_to            craig at xxxyyy.net.au

But mail I send to craig at xxxyyy.net.au is still going through spam assassin
and also mimedefang.....

If anyone could help it would be appreciated (I am wanting users to be able to
opt out of the filtering).
