[Mimedefang] Patchin Mime-tools on HPUX

I am trying to install the newest version of mimedefang on HPUX.

Following the directions in the MIMDEDefang HOWTO for patching
Mime-tools I get the following errors:

Hmm...  Looks like a context diff to me...
