[Mimedefang] .eml attachments

I noticed that the default filter removes .eml attachments.  This is both a
blessing and a curse.

On one hand, a .eml file could also contain virus attachments and opening it
could be bad.
On the other hand, some lusers (i mean users) have lame email clients that
always forward messages as .eml attachments.

In a business setting, we want to let the .eml pass unless it also contains
a virus.

Any way to do this?
Is that what the filter_multipart in 2.9 will be for?
