[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.8 is released

MIMEDefang 2.8 is released at http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/

Changes from 2.7:

* the filescan virus filter distinguishes between viruses and suspicious
  files.  See mimedefang-filter(5) for details.

* If you send the multiplexor an INT signal, it causes slaves to reread
  the filter file.  (Busy slaves continue and reread at the earliest safe
  opportunity.)  No need to restart Sendmail when you change your filter!

* Patch for MIME::tools is included in the distribution.  The configure
  script detects and warns about an unpatched installation.

* Sample Windows-client filter made more conservative.
